Emmanuel Episcopal Church expected to feed over 500 people with their annual Thanksgiving Dinner

NORWICH – At noon on Thanksgiving Day the Emmanuel Episcopal Church will be serving the annual Thanksgiving Dinner at the Emmanuel Parrish Hall.


These turkey dinners can be enjoyed by eating in, ordering out, or having them delivered. Deliveries begin at 10:30 a.m., take out is available for pick up between 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m. and the sit down dinner at noon.


For delivery or take-out reservations, call 607-334-8801 by Nov. 26, 2019 by 1 p.m. or email the church at emmanuelchurch@frontiernet.net.

The community dinner was started over 15 years ago by church member Charlie McMullen, and is sustained by the Outreach Commission Group of the Emmanuel Episcopal Church. The Outreach Commission coordinates and hosts various dinners for the Emmanuel Episcopal Church.


However, it takes an entire community coming together to serve an average of 500 people a year.
