Dr. Cheryl Mattern MD. Joins UHS Primary Care in Sherburne

SHERBURNE – UHS Chenango Memorial Hospital announces that a new physician has joined the UHS Primary Care practice in Sherburne. Cheryl C. Mattern, MD, FP is the newest member of this practice, situated near the Sherburne school system.
Dr. Mattern specializes in primary care and substance abuse treatments, while seeing patients of all ages, including children and teens.
A graduate of the Albany Medical College, Albany, Dr. Mattern brings her experience to UHS after many years of practice in the area for other affiliations. Dr. Mattern is very excited about offering her services in a small town and stated, “I believe every patient is not just a combination of their medical problems, but a whole human being with personal relationships, beliefs and issues which have an impact on my ability to promote their best health.”
Dr. Mattern has an open schedule and appointments available Monday through Friday and is ready to meet the community.
