CHENANGO COUNTY – The Midstate Athletic Conference and Southern Tier Athletic Conference have named their league All-Stars for the 2019 season.

The Bobcats of Bainbridge-Guilford had five girls selected to lead the area teams while Harpursville/Afton, Oxford and Unadilla Valley each had four girls honored as All-Stars. Greene also had three members of the team earn the accolade.

The Lady Purple Tornado's Lauren Squires was the lone Norwich players to receive the STAC All-Star distinction.

First team selections for the five area schools in the MAC were Erica Selfridge (Bainbridge-Guilford), Bree Barber (Bainbridge-Guilford), Sophi Gove (Harpursville/Afton), Lillie Horton (Oxford), Julianna Ayres (Greene) and Melanie VanValen (Unadilla Valley).
