OXFORD – The Oxford School District held its second annual Greatest Show and Tell Expo on Thursday night showcasing projects from numerous primary and middle school students.

According to Oxford Primary School Teacher Clayton Kappauf, this year's expo was a success with over 34 exhibitors, and an automatic ticket booth built by third graders. Kappauf said food and drinks were also available at the event including pizza, popcorn, and lemonade.

He said the event was inspired by something called the Maker Faire, which is a national movement focused on promoting science and creativity. He added that the projects at Thursday night’s event ranged from paintings, drawings, and crafts to games, food, and mechanical creations.
