CHENANGO COUNTY– Wednesday, the Chenango County Department of Health reported the first COVID-19 related deaths from the area.

According to Director of Environmental Health Isaiah Sutton, "One was about a week ago, and the other one was a few days ago."

Sutton confirmed both were residents of a "skilled nursing facility."
