NORWICH - The City of Norwich has developed a plan for the reopening of city offices and facilities. The phased in plan will mirror the first three phases proposed by the governor for reopening New York State by region.

City Department of Public Works employees will return to full staffing on Monday, consistent with the state’s Phase One guidelines.

“We have established strict policies and guidelines to keep our employees and the public safe,” said City of Norwich Mayor Shawn Sastri. “All of the protocols are consistent with state guidelines and CDC recommendations.”
