NORWICH - NBT Bank would like to inform customers of the different protocols established to keep people safe as it moves to reopen on Monday.
According to NBT Bank President of Retail Community Banking Joseph Stagliano, NBT has focused and will continue to focus on prioritizing the safety of its employees and customers throughout the pandemic.
“We want to thank our customers for their patience. During these times our focus has been on the health and safety of our employees and our customers,” said Stagliano. “When our customers come in they’re going to have a different experience than they’re used to at our facilities.”
“All of the protocols you’ll see are based on trying to keep everyone safe.”
Stagliano said starting Monday, July 6, NBT Bank facilities across the bank’s seven-state footprint will allow customers to enter its facilities. He said in order to enter, customers are asked to wear a facemask, bring a form of identification, following directional floor stickers, use hand sanitizing stations, and respect new building entry restrictions that are based on the number of people working at a given time.
