NEW BERLIN – Police are still investigating a fatal motor vehicle accident hat occurred in the Town of New Berlin on Tuesday.

According to NYS Police, the two-car crash happened on State Highway 8 shortly after 2:30 p.m.

Investigators say a vehicle traveling northbound crossed into the southbound lane and struck another vehicle head-on. The driver of the southbound vehicle was pronounced deceased at the scene.
