NEW BERLIN – Gabriella Skillen was appointed Executive Director/Administrator of Record at Chase Memorial Nursing Home on August 27.

She began working at Chase in 2017 as the Director of Admissions and became the Assistant Administrator at Chase in 2018. Gabriella became the Acting Administrator of Chase in November 2019 and the Executive Director after successful completion of the boards in April 2020.

Gabriella grew up in Milford, NY and received her Certified Nursing Assistant Certification in 2009. She began working as a CNA at 16 years old at the Otsego Manor with a strong passion for dementia/memory care. She worked in various nursing homes along the east coast as a traveling CNA in the capital region, North and South Carolina, Georgia and Florida.
