NORWICH – The Norwich Fire House roof is getting new shingles that should last 50 to 60 years according to Norwich Fire Chief Jan Papelino.
"The roof was done when the firehouse was renovated in 2004, but they used regular shingles, it’s written in the specs they use 50-60 year shingles," said Papelino.

You should be suing the contractor for the costs incurred by their fraudulent work !! The taxpayers are sick of the failures of our leaders to oversee that work is done properly. The code enforcement officer should have caught this in 2004 if they were doing their job properly and inspected the materials to make sure they complied with the required specs !!!
