CHENANGO COUNTY – WCDO Radio, located and licensed in Sidney, has a new FM signal in Norwich. The new frequency is 92.3 on the FM dial and reaches the town and city of Norwich and surrounding areas.

WCDO station manager, Craig Stevens, said they are very excited about the upgrade and being part of the Norwich community.

"This will allow WCDO to expand listenership in areas where our primary signals were obstructed by the hills and mountains between Sidney and Norwich," said Stevens.
