NORWICH — Summer is here! The city's favorite hot dog stand is open for business.
Patricia Leahy, also affectionately known as the "Hot Dog Lady," will be running the stand through the summer and early fall. Hours of operation are 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Leahy has become a staple of the Norwich community, with approximately four decades of service under her belt. She sets up shop on the corner of North Broad and West Park Place.
Even better, residents craving these delicious dogs will have over four months to patronize the food cart. Leahy said she will be running her stand through the summer until early October.
