GREENE - Greene ran its season record to 9-1 on the season shutting out Sidney on Tuesday night.
Terriek Brown, Scout McCumiskey and Trent Rapp had goals for Greene, which led 2-0 at the half.
Greene outshot Sidney 16-2, and looks to continue its winning ways Friday at Oxford.

The Blackhawks, which honored seniors Ethan Ehly, Ethan Fleury, and Eric Moore, had significant edges in shots on goal and cornerkicks, said coach Corey Endress.
"We were able to really possess the ball tonight, and had a lot of opportunities in our offensive third," Endress said. "But we were unable to capitalize."
Josh Carr scored unassisted for Walton 12 minutes into the game.

"Our defense, led by goalie Zach Trass, frustrated the V-V-S offense throughout the first half," said Sherburne-Earlville coach Mike Rodriguez.
The Red Devils' Lincoln Pelc broke the scoreless tie tallying unassisted in the 55th minute. Cole Maguire added a late insurance goal for V-V-S.
Trass ended with 11 saves for S-E (1-6-1), which travels to Little Falls on Thursday.
