Terms of the fire station capital project are as follows:

Project cost cannot exceed $2.8 million. Project will cost taxpayers, worst case, $75 per $45,000 of assessed home value. The Village of Oxford is also working on grants to reduce overall impact.

Riverbank Erosion has become a serious threat to the existing Fire Station.

Safe Apparatus Bays are top priority of the project.

Proposed project will stabilize riverbank permanently.
