Winner of ’70 Mustang announced

NORWICH – On Thursday, October 7, the Northeast Classic Car Museum in Norwich selected the winner of the annual Ford Mustang Sweepstakes. 
Rick Hulse Sr. from Cooperstown, NY, was the lucky winner of the 1970 Candy Apple Red Ford Mustang Convertible.
