NORWICH – Winners of the Business Improvement District (BID) storefront decorating contest have been announced. First place went to Deja Brew's wintry display, complete with fake snow, bright blue lights, presents, and train. Minty's Candies and Treats' festive red and white themed Christmas display won second, and the mini tree and wrapped gifts at Maxwell's Specialty Shop won third. (Photos by Sarah Genter)
