ATHENS, PA — On Saturday March 19, Kellen Downey, Kolden Downey, and Drew Telesky traveled to Athens, PA for the North Region Middle Atlantic Wrestling Association (MAWA) District Tournament. All three placed first, advancing them to the Northern Regional Qualifiers, which will be held in Bloomsburg, PA in April. The top four placers at the Northern Regionals will advance them to the Eastern National Championships which will be held in Salisbury, MD on May 1, 2022. The coaches, parents, and wrestlers want to thank the City of Norwich Youth Bureau for their continued support of the Pee Wee Wrestling Program.
