Sherburne-Earlville falls to Canastota 7-2

CANASTOTA— Sherburne-Earlville traveled to Canastota on Friday afternoon, where the team suffered a 7-2 loss.

S-E’s Garrett Fleming went 2-for-4 with two singles and two stolen bases while Blaine Blinebry drove in two runs with a single.

Sherburne’s pitching combined for seven strikeouts in the loss.

Canastota’s Devon Faber went 1-for-3 with two runs scored while teammate Austin Ames had two RBIs.

Jesse Demaintenon got the win, allowing two runs and struck out 12 batters for the Raiders.

Sherburne is set to host Holland Patent this evening before traveling to Little Falls on Tuesday.
