UV/GMU Baseball falls short against Delaware Academy

DELHI- The UV/GMU Storm baseball team traveled to Delhi on Tuesday afternoon, where they suffered a 6-3 loss.

Delaware Academy struck in the first three innings with one run in the first and second and four runs in the third. Matt Griswold and Garret Fitch lead the way with multiple hits for the Bulldogs.

The Storm pitchers combined for four strikeouts in the loss while Kaden Butts lead the offense in going 2-for-2 with two singles, one for an RBI.

UV/GMU is set to travel to Sidney this evening (Wednesday) for a 4:30 p.m. start.
