NORWICH– The Norwich Purple Tornado and Sus Valley were finally able to replay the rained out game from last week where Norwich won 6-3.
The game was tied at three a piece leading up to the fifth inning. Norwich's Nick Ragonese drove in the go-ahead run with an RBI single in the bottom half of the inning.
Norwich totaled eight hits in the game. Tristan Phagan and Ragonese both had multiple hits. Phagan also earned two stolen bases on the day.
Keegan Franklin pitched a complete game for Norwich. He allowed just three runs on two hits and struck out seven batters.
Norwich hosts Oneonta on Friday for a 5 p.m. start.
