BASEBALL: Greene falls short against Unatego/Franklin

GREENE– The Greene Trojans baseball team hosted Unatego/Franklin where they fell short 3-1 Thursday afternoon.
Nolan Dodzweits took the loss for the Trojans as he went seven innings and struck out three batters.
Trenton Rapp gave Greene the 1-0 lead with an RBI in the fourth, but, Unatego/Franklin would score two in the fifth and one in the sixth to beat the Trojans.
Unatego/Franklin’s pitching also kept Greene quiet with 14 strikeouts and just three hits on the day.
Greene is set to host Sidney this afternoon (Friday) for a 4;30 p.m. start.
