NORWICH — After a potentially record-breaking crowd at last week's NBT Bank Free Summer Concert Series performance by The Travelin' McCourys, Norwich's East Park will once again be filled with the music of yet another high-caliber band.

Southside Johnny and the Asbury Jukes will be rocking the stage at 7 p.m. on Thursday, July 21 in what is sure to be another can't-miss installment of the Summer Concert Series.

The Chenango Blues Association describes the band's style as a "classic blend of hard-core R&B and street-level rock, molten grooves, soulful guitar licks, and blistering horn section."

Next week on Thursday, July 28 will be the next East Park performance, featuring the nine-piece band Shinyribs and their "melting pot" music.
