BOYS SOCCER: Oxford falls to Delhi

OXFORD – The Oxford Blackhawks boys soccer team fell 4-0 over Delhi on Tuesday. Oxford had a few close shots on goal, but they hit the post, including a beautiful shot by senior John Rovente.
Delhi outshot Oxford 26-5, but goalie Kayden Renfrow stood his ground most of the game, even in the loss. He saved 17 shots that came his way, getting his hands tightly around the ball.
Oxford looks to bounce back as they take on the Greene Trojans on Friday afternoon at 4:30 p.m.
