Bill Rapp Subaru of Norwich donates to fight cancer

NORWICH — Last week the Chenango Health Network (CHN) accepted a $5,616 donation to help local residents with cancer from Bill Rapp Subaru of Norwich. The funds will support cancer patients as part of a United Way program.
