NORWICH — The Gus Macker Basketball Tournament in Norwich was a slam dunk! From three-pointers, swishes, fast breaks, airballs, assists, and alley-oops, the excitement and cheers were heard from every court, especially on the Preferred Mutual Dream Court.

We are grateful that the Norwich Family YMCA hosts the Gus Macker Basketball Tournament in Norwich each year. Basketball players of all ages, their families, and the community look forward to this community-building event with commitment and enthusiasm.

As a long-standing business in Chenango County, Preferred Mutual was excited to see the Gus Macker Basketball Tournament return to our community for its 26th year. As sponsor for the Dream Court, we saw first-hand how excited the players and their families were to be at the Gus Macker Tournament, but to ultimately play on the Preferred Mutual Dream Court was a dream come true for many players.
