CHENANGO COUNTY – On September 8, the New York State Police at Norwich arrested Thomas B. Brick, age 63 of Fenton, NY for three counts of the class “D” felony of Grand Larceny in the third degree. 

An investigation began in early July after Troopers learned that Brick, who is a contractor accepted money from a victim in April for three separate contracting jobs. The victim paid Brick over $24,000 but Brick did not complete the contracting work at one location and didn’t even start work or purchase materials at two of the three properties.
