Chenango County EMS provides aid to county residents impacted by severe weather

New York State Assemblyman Joe Angelino assists the Chenango County Office of Emergency Services and Madison County Office of Emergency Management by supplying dry ice and bottled water to those impacted by recent severe weather. According to Fire Coordinator Matt Beckwith, due to the string of severe weather events this week, many county residents were left without power or experienced damage to their homes. Due to the storms, dry ice and water were offered to those without access to proper refrigeration and drinking water. For individuals still in need of dry ice and water, Beckwith says to visit the South Otselic Fire Station or the Chenango County Office of Emergency Services.
