OXFORD – The Oxford Blackhawks are the Division ‘A’ PONY League Baseball champions. Oxford has been on a hot streak, winning six straight games, after Edmeston forfeited Tuesday’s night’s game. Oxford finished the regular season 6-2, a game ahead of Edmeston and Norwich, who both tied at 5-3. Oxford will host the quarterfinal game on Thursday against Division ‘C’ Delhi at 5:30 p.m. The winner of Thursday’s game will play in the semi-finals held at Damaschke Field on Saturday at noon.
