SHERBURNE - Chenango Future Educator Scholarship has been awarded to Sean O’Connor. Sean plans to become a visual arts teacher. He will attend Mohawk  Valley Community College to earn his fine arts associate degree and then go on to SUNY  Potsdam for his education degrees.

A  big thank you to all members who contributed to the scholarship fund. RENY works to support retired  educators  and to contribute to their communities and schools in Chenango County. Active and retired teachers, administrators, teaching assistants, artists in the schools, college faculty, and their spouses may join the organization.
