Field Hockey: Greene earns sixth win of season, defeats Sidney

SIDNEY – Coming off a close game against Afton/Harpursville, the Greene Trojans field hockey team traveled to Sidney on Wednesday evening, where they came away with a big 5-1 victory. It is Greene’s sixth win of the season and they’re currently rolling with a four-game winning streak.

Josie Dutcher continues to shine for the Trojans as she netted in three goals in the win from assists by Nadia Brown, who had two assists overall, and one from Abby Yahner. Yahner and Claire Flanagan also scored a goal in the contest while Mya Leggett-Carlin recorded one save in the second half, after splitting time with Braelyn Blakeslee.
