AFTON – The Oxford Blackhawks girls’ soccer team traveled to Afton to take on the Crimson Knights on Thursday afternoon. Oxford came away with a 7-0 shutout victory in their third time playing Afton/Harpursville this season, twice in regular season and once in the Oxford girls tournament.

Taegan Manwarren and Paige Rickard, who scored the team’s game-winning goal in the previous game, both scored two goals each. Jayne Fleury, Sofia Ferreira, and Emily Williams all scored one goal. Ahna Kappauf, Collette Kappauf, and Raya Warner all provided assists.
