Oxford football can’t hold Dryden, fall 38-20
OXFORD – In a Saturday afternoon matchup, the Oxford Blackhawks football team hosted Dryden, where the game was evenly matched and it was a back-and-forth battle until late in the second half. Dryden punched in and left Oxford unable to answer and hold on in a 38-20 final.
The game was tied 14-14 at halftime with Oxford on the board first on a Richard Hunter eight yard rush. However, Dryden answered back with two touchdown drives. Oxford tied it up just before half with a five yard pass from Jacob Gallo to Conner Dunagan.
