Greene and Afton/Harpursville field hockey players recognized on Section IV all-stars list

CHENANGO COUNTY – Following the conclusion of the 2024 field hockey season, Section IV announced the field hockey all-stars.
Section IV field hockey is broken up into two divisions, where local Afton/Harpursville is in division one and Greene is in division two. The Crimson Knights finished third in their division and runner-up in Class B for the second straight season, after falling to Vestal in the championship.
Greene finished second in division two, behind Deposit/Hancock and fell to Maine-Endwell in the Section IV, Class C semi-finals. Congratulations to the all athletes on receiving Section IV honors.
