CHENANGO VALLEY — All local Chenango County cross country teams were in action over the weekend at the Section IV championships. Norwich competed in the Class B championship.

The Norwich Purple Tornado cross country team is sending Caden Sutton to states after Sutton finished 11th in the Class B championship. Congratulations, Caden. Caden’s brother Nic finished 12th with a new best time of 18:07.50. Gabe Decker finished 43rd and Connor Marshall picked up a new best time of 31:07.70 for 47th place.
