CHENANGO VALLEY — All local Chenango County cross country teams were in action over the weekend at the Section IV championships. UV/GMU competed in Class D.
Girls:
The Unadilla Valley/GMU girls team is sending Andrea Favinger to states after she took fourth in the Class D championships. Congratulations, Andrea. Teammate Kathleen Pizzuto earned a new personal best time of 24:27.20 for 20th place.
Boys:
The UV/GMU boys were led by Jake Favinger and Dominic Berthel. Favinger finished 10th with a. Time of 19:00.30 as Berthel ran 13:32.40 for 66th place.
