OXFORD – The Oxford-Greene Wrestling team hosted Marathon on Thursday night in their official 2024 home opener at Oxford High School. Oxford/Greene came away with a 47-18 win, their second dual meet win of the season after defeating Sidney on Tuesday.

Oxford’s Orion Lamen, Mason Reed, Dawson Parks, Colin Morlando, and Ryder Hitt earned forfeits as Kade Mustin had a quick :38 pin and Troy Braman won by technical fall. David Dunkel also had a quick :56 pin in the 190 weight class.

Oxford-Greene is right back on the mat this evening in Greene in a rescheduled match with Unatego/Franklin/UV at 6 p.m.
