Earlville Conservation Club annual meeting and Big Buck Contest scheduled

EARLVILLE - The Earlville Conservation Club will hold its annual meeting and Big Buck Contest on Saturday, January 18, at the Sherburne Legion. Doors open at 6 p.m., with a chicken and biscuit dinner served at 6:30 p.m.
Dinner tickets are $20 per person and include a gun raffle ticket, with additional raffle tickets available for $10. The raffle is open to banquet attendees only. RSVPs are requested via the Earlville Conservation Club Facebook page or by calling 607-226-1673 to ensure adequate food supplies.
Guest speaker Scott Prindle, Director of Region 7 Fisheries, will present on population surveys and habitat status and will answer questions.
The Big Buck Contest is open to current members. Deer antler scoring will take place on Wednesday, January 8, starting at noon at Many Maples Sugar House, 697 Route 26, Georgetown, N.Y., and will continue until complete.
