UV girls drop to Delhi
DELHI – After a big win over Otselic Valley the week before for senior night, the Unadilla Valley Storm girls basketball team traveled to Delhi for a tough league matchup. UV fell to the Bulldogs 56-32 and dropped to 5-9 on the season.
The Storm were limited most of the game with their best team efforts coming after halftime, pushing themselves to 12 points in the third quarter. Delhi had a strong start to the contest before settling in with a comfortable lead.
Natalie Crandall led the Storm with 12 points with eight in the third quarter as Adrienne Hodge and Shyla Roberts both added six points. Kora Johnson and Emmalyn Montgomery both had four points in the loss.
UV (5-9) hosts Deposit-Hancock on Tuesday at 7:15 p.m.
