OXFORD – The Oxford Blackhawks tennis team hosted Sidney in its 2025 season opener on Tuesday, falling in a 5-0 match.

Sidney took the swept in both the singles and doubles. Oxford’s Sam Hendricks fell to Connor Van Der Sommen in both 6-2 sets. Taegan Manwarren dropped to Chloe Van Der Sommen 6-1 and 6-3 as Gavin Dibble fell to Erin Neubert in the third singles 6-2 and 6-1.
