GREENE – After some tough hard losses, the Greene Trojans baseball team hosted Delhi in its 2025 home opener. The Trojans just needed to be home as they captured their first win of the season, 5-1 against the Bulldogs.

After two scoreless frames, Greene took an early 2-0 start and added on in the fifth. Both teams matched with four hits a piece with the pitchers dealing a solid game.

Greene’s Jackson Roth, Lincoln Youngs, Eli Eggleston, and Aiden Carter each had a hit while Roth, Youngs, Cooper Davis, and Carter drove in runs.
