FONDA, NY – It’s official! Plymouth’s own Jim “Rocky” Rothwell is now a member of the New York State Stock Car Association Hall of Fame. Rothwell and five other individuals, who have inspired and showed many years, even decades of dedication to the sport of stock car racing, were honored at Fonda Speedway Hall of Fame & Museum on May 4.
