OXFORD – The Oxford Blackhawks baseball team hosted Harpursville/Afton in the final game of the 2025 regular season. It was also senior night for the Blackhawks. Congratulations to Brent Hamilton, Donovan Rickard, Landen Olinski, and Kyle Benjamin.

While it was a big night for the Oxford seniors, it was also a big night for Harpursville/Afton senior pitcher Ryan Wright, who prior to Monday’s game needed just five more strikeouts to reach 400. Wright achieved just that in the second inning and the Crimson Hornets held a 1-0 lead to win the game.
