NORWICH — Recently, a cornerstone of the Norwich community Norwich Copies Plus LLC, located at 6 East Main Street, was purchased by new owners.
Norwich residents and new owners, Ryan and Paula Zieno signed for the business on May 9 and didn’t miss a beat during the change in ownership, serving the community with UPS and FedEx shipping, Amazon returns, printing and copying services, greeting cards and gifts, and office supplies.
“Being from Norwich, it’s a natural desire for us to see our local economy flourish and is good fuel for our ownership and operating the business,” Ryan said. “We certainly have a strong motivation, which I think is going to be key to our mindset, that is really important.”
He explained they look forward to expanding the printing capabilities and equipment to accommodate larger format printing and also incorporate a specialty printer to allow different materials such as banners and lawn signs.
“We're definitely looking at what we can do from a printing perspective and what technology we can lean in for that,” Ryan added. “We would like to keep print jobs in Chenango County and not send them out.”
