CHENANGO COUNTY- The Chenango County Primary Election will be held on Tuesday June 24, 2025 in the towns of Afton, Plymouth, Smithville, and Smyrna.

Polls in those towns only will be open from 6 AM to 9 PM, and only registered Republican voters in those towns are eligible to vote. There are no countywide offices on this Primary Election Ballot.

The last day to register to vote in the June 24 Primary Election is Saturday June 14. Voters registering to vote in the Republican Party reside in and vote at either Afton, Plymouth, Smithville, and Smyrna polling sites can vote in the June 24 Primary Election.

Early Voting for the June 24 Afton, Plymouth, Smithville, and Smyrna Primary Election will be held at the Chenango County Board of Elections, 5 Court Street, Norwich, NY on the following dates and times:

Saturday and Sunday, June 14, 15, 21, and 22 from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, June 16, 18, and 20 from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Tuesday and Thursday, June 17 and 19 from 9 AM to 8 PM.

There will also be a Village Election for registered voters in the Village of Oxford on June 17 form noon to 9 PM at the Oxford Fire Station, 20 Main Street, Oxford, NY.

Offices on the ballot are Mayor – Vote for 1 and Trustee – Vote for up to 2

Please note that Early Voting is not offered for the Village of Oxford Election.

All other Chenango County Building offices are closed on the weekend and evening hours that Early Voting is offered.
