Endwell nurse arrested after allegedly taking medications intended for patients
ENDWELL - On June 2, the New York State Police at Endwell arrested Carol L. Hissin, age 63 of Endicott, NY after an investigation revealed that while working as a nurse at a senior housing community, falsified records and took medication intended for patients.
The investigation indicated that while working at Good Shepherd Communities Endwell, on three occasions Hissin signed out medication that was supposed to be given to residents but never administered the medication
Hissin was arrested by Troopers at her residence and charged with three counts of the class “E” felony of Falsifying Business Records in the first degree and the misdemeanor of Scheme to Defraud in the second degree.
Hissin was processed then turned over to the Broome County Jail for Centralized Arraignment.
