The B-G Clay Cats at state tournament; JV brings home first place

CICERO – On Saturday, June 7, the Bainbridge-Guilford Clay Cats, a school trap shooting team, traveled to Cicero, NY to compete at the State Tournament. The team brought 11 of the 19 members to the competition, which was a three-day event with 146 teams and 2900 student-athletes competing across New York State.
The Clay Cats Varsity team finished ninth out of 45 schools while the JV team came home with first place in Class 2A.
The team also had three shooters hit a perfect 25 out of 25 on the day. Congratulations to Remington Barkman, Bradyn Terebo, and Lucas Button. Button also had a third place finish in the male JV category.
