BAINBRIDGE – After a tough loss to Delhi, the Bainbridge Bolts returned to action Monday night, hosting Unadilla Valley. The Bolts came away with a big 22-1 victory through five innings played.

Bainbridge got on the board in the bottom of the first with a seven-run inning, after a quick 1, 2, 3 inning from Aidan Haynes and the Bolts’ defense.

Two straight walks to start the bottom of the first helped Bainbridge strike first as Haynes had a two-run infield single to shortstop. Another walk and good base running by Haynes led to him scoring on Micah Casey’s infield single. Two more runs came in on a passed ball before the second out.
