NORWICH - The Chenango County Highway Department announced Thursday that construction at the Bridge on County Road 32 by the Polkville store is now reopened in Norwich. A pipe was also repaired on County Road 10 and is now open. Another project, the bridge on County Road 10 by County Road 18 will likely be complete in September.
