The 2025 Otsenango PONY League All-Star game

COOPERSTOWN – The 2025 Otsenango PONY League season is in the books after the All-Star game was played at the iconic Doubleday Field in Cooperstown on Tuesday, July 29 in the hot sun. Team Cairns and Team Vandermark met for a nine-inning game, which gave everyone an opportunity to play and even try out new positions. Team Vandermark won 19-1.

Norwich’s Joey Parker and Bo Brown, along with Oxford’s Uri Tracy, Joey Locke, and Eddie Ingraham represented Team Vandermark. Missing from the game, but still received an award was Oxford's Degan Endress. Parker had two doubles and walked while Brown had a Sac-fly. Tracy reached base on three walks and Joey Locke had a hit.

Sherburne’s Colin Pudney and Parker McCracken, as well as Bainbridge’s Aidan Haynes and Frank Parsons and UV’s Nick Crandall played for Team Cairns. Pudney was the lead-off batter and came away with two hits while Haynes had a hit and drew a walk. Haynes, McCracken, and Crandall also pitched in the contest.
