GREENE – It was a battle of the unbeaten early in the season as the Greene Trojans golf team hosted a tough Sidney team at the Genny. With the home course advantage, Greene stayed hot with the 212-225 victory.

Carter Williamson and Trent Drew tied as the top medalists for the Trojans. Both shot a 37 on the par-35. Cooper Flanagan followed with a 43 as Logan Roth finished with a 46.

Max Drozen rounded out the official score for Greene with a 49 and Kiefer Evans shot a 50.

Sidney’s scores ranged from a low 41 to a high 51.

Greene (4-0) heads to Mountain Top Golf Course in Sherburne to face UV/GMU this afternoon at 4 p.m.
